In 2017, Nevada became the first U.S. state to pass NRS 133.085 — a statute that gives electronic wills the same legal weight as paper. This wasn't a novelty; it was infrastructure.
We registered Declare Inc. in 2024, became one of the first technology companies licensed as a Nevada Qualified Custodian under NRS 133, built identity verification through iDenfy, shipped a wet-signature workflow with witness verification and signed-copy upload, and released DeclareAll v1 to the App Store and Google Play in June 2026.
